Q&A with

Natalie McMullen

What is it like working with you?

You can expect a therapist who is really dedicated to understanding you. It’s so important to me that you feel safe, seen, and validated. I may also gently push you outside of your comfort zone so that you can make meaningful changes in your life!

What do you like most about being a therapist?

There’s so much I love about being a therapist, but the thing I love most is when clients have an “aha” moment! I love helping clients make new insights about themselves and use those insights to improve their lives.

What are some ways you take care of your mental health?

I do my own therapy! I also (try to) practice what I preach to clients, but I’m not perfect! I encourage myself to do the things I know are good for me (even though they can be challenging sometimes), and I show myself compassion for when I can’t do it all.
