Do you feel weighed down by feelings of anxiety, depression, stress, burnout? Need couple's counselling? Dealing with trauma, self-esteem, shame, guilt, relationship issues and grief? Life could be a roller coaster and there are times when we may feel overwhelmed by what life throws at us, some of which may not be within our control. I am here to provide you with a welcoming, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you’ll feel safe to share and process your unique experiences.

My approach is grounded in a combination of theoretical skills drawn from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths-based and trauma focused approaches, emotion regulation techniques, and interventions that focus on mindfulness and self-compassion.

My mission as your therapist is to ensure that you improve your mental health and emotional wellbeing, relieving you of the suffering from emotional or mental distress and having a better quality of life as a result.

What is it like working with you?

My goal is to provide a welcoming, collaborative and non-judgemental space where you will feel safe to share and process your unique experiences. We will work together to create a treatment plan that works for you and establish goals to achieve them while equipping you with strategies that are sustainable

What do you like most about being a therapist?

I am particularly passionate about heping people and find it very fulfilling when i help clients improve their lives and overcome challenges. I find it satisfying to see my clients transform into a healthier version of themselves with my support.

What are some ways you take care of your mental health?

I prioritize my mental health because I know I cannot give from an empty cup. Professionally, I lean on supervision for additional support. I take walks in nature and practice mindfulness. I love listening to music and maintaining a strong connection with my friends and family.
