About
Welcome!
Life can be the most beautiful experience, but it is not immune from challenges and stresses that can deeply affect us. Living in a world where we feel we have no control can feel overwhelming, exhausting, stressful and negative. However, I truly believe that therapy can provide a space where people can see beyond the barriers and notice the warmth, beauty and glimmers that life can provide.Together in your therapeutic journey we can process and navigate these experiences together.
I understand and deeply respect how difficult or challenging it can be to be vulnerable with someone and explore life experiences. My main goal as atherapist is to focus on rapport building and creating a strong therapeuticrelationship where you feel valued, supported, seen and listened to. I striveto be non-judgmental, vibrant and compassionate in sessions.
Wewill work together to establish goals for therapy and to identify any patterns or challenges you may be experiencing. I am unapologetically authentic, and myhope is that you can be too! I believe that therapy can be serious but can alsobe fun at times. My goal is to provide you with tools and strategies that help you navigate challenges, while also feeling empowered and connected.
If you feel we would be a good fit, please feel free to book a consult call! I look forward to connecting and supporting you on your journey to self-discovery!

What it is like working with you?
Working with me involves a collaborative approach as we navigate therapy. I truly feel that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation to provide a safe space. In our sessions, I focus on ensuring that clients feel safe and comfortable to encourage them be their authentic selves.I provide a client-directed and compassion-focused approach to sessions which means I focus on client’s needs and explore topics they want to address in therapy. Sessions with me include goal check-ins to ensure that clients feel they are meeting their goals in session. As sessions progress, I often explore topics from a non-judgemental and supportive space. At times, I may challenge clients to explore different areas of their experiences that may be distressing or new. However, I provide an encouraging/reassuring environment and proceed attheir pace to ensure they feel understood and supported.
What do you like most about being a therapist?
There are many reasons why I love being a therapist! I truly love and feel honoured to be part of my client’s journey towards self-discovery. Being able to witness their transformations and growth has been the most rewarding experience above all. It is incredibly powerful and meaningful to be alongside my clients on their path towards achieving their goals and understanding themselves- to help them reconnect with themselves through a compassionate lens. I am humbled to be the person they can trust, and it is an absolute pleasure being able to support clients through different stages in their lives.
What are some ways you take careof your mental health?
Taking care of my mental health is of great importance for me so I can not only be present for clients, but for myself as well. I enjoy all seasons; oftentimes spending as much time outdoors as possible. I am an avid bookworm and enjoy any genre – a world with books is a world of calm. I enjoy spending time with family and friends. Journalling is a daily practice for me as it allows me to feel grounded. I am an active person and enjoy taking time to be in the gym or partake in hot yoga classes. I also enjoy hiking, exploring new places, coffee, while also taking time to rest/recharge when needed.
